The Review

Send us your Agreement. We review the conditions, deadlines, and search the title for any hidden issues (liens, easements, or work orders).

The Preparation

We liaise with your lender to receive mortgage instructions, prepare the transfer documents, and calculate the final closing costs (including Land Transfer Tax).

The Signing

We meet (in-person or virtually) to sign the closing documents. We explain every page so you know exactly what you are signing.

The Exchange

On closing day, we exchange funds with the other lawyer, register the deed in your name, and hand you the keys!

It is a provincial (and in Toronto, municipal) tax paid by the buyer on closing. We will calculate the exact amount for you.
